I am a full grown man (I will lay in the grass all day) by phosphorescent

this song has a cheap sound. both the lo fi recording and the improvisational feel of it. and it sounds near drunk. no, drunk. yes, totally drunk. look at the title, "i will lay in the lay in the grass all day?". this feels like the band has had a box of wine each, and are playin at a backyard barbecue.

i imagine a street corner musician
with friends
all making noise, be it a fork on a plate, a tambourine, or anything lying around.

this song is what i hear while picking through lukewarm corn on the cob,
vegetarian, canned baked beans, homemade coleslaw and
cheap burgers and vegie burgers.

this makes me long for summer.
